After working in the textile industry for a little over ten years as an Industrial Engineer, Plant Manager, and Vice President of Operations; I started doing textile Executive Recruiting in 1992 and formed Precision Placements.  I felt a void in the US of a top notch professional executive search firm, so that became our niche. About 25% of our placements now are in manufacturing and engineering, 60% in Sales and Marketing, and the other 15% in Senior or Corporate Management. Working with well respected International Firms has rapidly become our sub specialty and is our fastest growing division.  Over the last few years, we have placed several marketing executives with foreign firms looking to expand their presence in the US.   We have placed candidates with and developed relationships with top companies in every part of the world and have especially strong relationships in:  the Far East, the Middle East, Europe, South Africa, and South America. These companies have found that this is the best way to penetrate the US market; using sales people who already know the customer base (be it retail, apparel manufacturing, other textile firms, or other segments.
