Today, niche manufacturers make up our largest client
segment. These are companies who have
established themselves by providing a quality product and often have a unique
story to tell. We place candidates ranging from corporate management to sales
& marketing, engineering, and mid management. ·
Companies based outside of the US who are wanting to establish
or improve relationships with major US retailers. ·
Companies who are importing apparel and fabric to sell into the
US helping them find sourcing or sales professionals. ·
Most recently, we have been very successful working with private
equity firms as they make new acquisitions and look at ways to strengthen
their portfolio companies. We have
been able to place top senior executives that either help turn around a
company or guide them to profitability by becoming fully immersed in their
particular industry. We have
thoroughly researched new markets and used our 19 years of Executive Search
experience to find the right fit to move their companies forward. Additionally, we have also used our
industry research expertise to assist them in exploring new markets and help
determine viability of acquisitions. ·
