industry for a little over ten years as an Industrial Engineer, Plant
Manager, and Vice President of Operations; I started doing textile Executive
Recruiting in 1992 and formed Precision Placements. I felt a void in
the US of a top notch professional executive search firm, so that became our
niche. About 25% of our placements now are in manufacturing and engineering,
60% in Sales and Marketing, and the other 15% in Senior or Corporate
Management. Precision Placements was created to
excel with a unique commitment to knowledge of the textile industry along
with top integrity and excellence in the Executive Search profession. PPI is

Certified Personnel Consultant and is devoted exclusively to the textile
industry. We felt that with excellence in recruiting and
knowledge of the textile industry, PPI would be a successful Executive Search

Today we have candidates in our database from over 100 countries. The vast majority of these are looking to
get with a US based company. Their
expertise includes: manufacturing and engineering, sourcing and marketing,
sales, and even senior management for textile and apparel products. Precision operates both on a
contingency and a retainer basis. We
do require our clients on international searches to pay very small upfront
fee to cover a small portion of our expenses as we start the prescreening
process to find the best candidate.
This allows us to offer free consulting help, and to insure your
seriousness in finding a top candidate. We do offer full retained
